ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

 

To All 2009 Senior and Junior Members: 

All Senior Members are invited to the BHSA Annual Meeting which will be held on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 7:00p.m. at Hazelwild Farm’s “Cow Palace” Auditorium.  The agenda includes the election of members to the Board and discussion of any revisions or corrections to the BHSA rules for the coming year.

There will be reports from the Officers and Directors of major activities as well as time for member’s comments and recommendations for the good of the organization.

The Nominating Committee will present its recommendations of nominees for the Board.  There will also be an opportunity to nominate candidates from the floor.  The Nominating Committee consists of:

You may contact any of them if you have a recommendation for the Board.

Only 2010 Senior Members are allowed to vote.  Therefore we have enclosed your 2010 Membership Application which you can bring to the meeting with your check.

All Junior Members are invited to a special meeting for the Juniors which will be held at the same time as the Annual Meeting so please encourage any Junior Member to attend.  The agenda will include items for discussion of interest to the Juniors.
