Dear Show Manager,


The Battlefield Horse Show Association would like to welcome you to the upcoming show season. We look forward to having your participation in our program and joining you in a successful year. Enclosed you will find your show application for the 2012 show year. Please return your completed application, along with a copy of your Prize List and all your show dates as soon as possible. Remember to keep a completed copy for yourself.
 
NO DATES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY E-MAIL OR ANY OTHER FORMAT. YOU MUST USE THE BHSA 2012 APPLICATION. Please include at least the fee for your first show. If you need more forms, you can either make copies or download them from the website.

The BHSA is offering our Show Managers the opportunity to have a link to their website listed on the BHSA website. If you’d like your website listed, please be sure to put it on your application. Also, please include a legible e-mail address for the Show Manager on your application for communication purposes.

Also enclosed is a 2012 Individual Member/Horse Recording form. You may make as many copies of this to have at you show. Please remember that show managers must be current members and need to include their Membership application and dues with the show application if not already renewed for 2012.

REMEMBER: When completing your application, check off all the Division’s you plan to hold. The BHSA will not approve any Divisions that are not checked off on the application.

If you are planning to have either a Forrest Linton Classic (FLC) or FL Pony Classic (FLPC), please be sure to indicate those dates on your application also. It’s very important that we get these dates right away for scheduling purposes. Show managers are allowed to hold one Forrest Linton Classic and one Forrest Linton Pony Classic per show year per show site, not to exceed 2 FLC’s and 2 FLPC’s in one year per show manager. If both are offered they cannot be at the same show on the same date.

If you have any other questions, send them to me and I’ll forward them to the appropriate committee.

NOTE: If you need to make changes to the show calendar, cancel or reschedule a show, please contact both myself and Anna Burkett at the above address, by phone or via e-mail.
